CC Young Sculpture Pavilion

CC Young Sculpture Pavilion
Dallas, Texas
Client – CC Young

CC Young is renowned for its Arts and Culture programs and its community outreach initiatives.  A building at the center of their campus, The Pointe, is dedicated to the well being of Mind, Body and Spirit.  To expand this vision, with the support of one of their most generous patrons, CC Young re-invented the park at the center of their campus with new amenities, water features, walking paths and a Sculpture Pavilion.  Inspired by artist John Henry, who participated in the process, the Pavilion strived to be something both sculptural and functional as a new iconic symbol of CC Youngs unique character.

The pavilion is outfitted with a state of the art sound system to augment programs and includes ceiling fans to help temper the hot Texas summers.  It was located directly across the street from the Pointe to support its programs.
