The 11-story building is comprised of independent living and associated commons areas, including a full spa, indoor pool, beauty salon, locker rooms, and a wellness center, as well as various other amenities designed to encourage a healthy lifestyle for each resident. Also included are three dining venues, all of which have views facing downtown Fort Worth, Trinity Park, and the world renowned Museum District.

The healthcare floors have been designed for the needs of the residents in assisted living, memory support, and skilled care. Each community will have its own array of dining spaces, outdoor
gardens, balconies, community living and activity rooms, and efficient infrastructure of back-of-house spaces that will be laid out discreetly, providing a residential environment.
