D2 Architecture recently completed phase I the Andrea & Richard Skibell and Leslie G. Rudd Health Care Center for Legacy Senior Communities in Dallas, Texas. The Health Care Center is a three-story 60,000 square foot building housing 54 suites providing skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care. Each level has access to an intimate dining lounge, activity areas and living lounges and outdoor areas with breath taking views of the prestigious Royal Oaks Country Club. The Center will also feature a state of the art occupational and physical therapy suite and outdoor therapy garden.

Following the opening of the Healthcare Center, the Helene S. Shalom Assisted Living Building which includes 51 assisted living apartments and 36 William & Sylvia Zale Foundation Memory Care residences is anticipated to open in October 2020.

Current construction projections slate the Aaron Towers for Independent Living to open in early 2021. The high-rise towers consists of 184 Independent Living apartments with views of Downtown Dallas from the skylounge. The D2 Architecture designed high-rise features multiple dining rooms, a fitness center, state of the art sanctuary, wellness and aquatic center.
