Dallas, Texas
Client – The Tradition Senior Living
Story
The Tradition Prestonwood, a high-end IL rental senior living community, added a four-story assisted living and memory support building that complements its existing community in North Dallas by expanding the types of senior care it offers. The new building is situated on a tight site diagonally across the street from the existing community and is therefore self-sufficient. The ground floor consists of the main entrance, amenities, staff offices and back of house support spaces. This level includes some AL apartments. Levels 2 and 3 consist primarily of AL apartments with some amenities spaces on each floor. Level 4 is the Memory Support household and includes a large secure outdoor roof garden.
